Renovating this dilapidated Victorian in Palo Alto alongside Ken Linsteadt of Ken Linsteadt Architects meant breathing new life into the home’s layout, while restoring many of its original details. The bright, flexible spaces reflect the client’s need for both a family-friendly, livable place and natural flow for easy entertaining. Versatile rooms were a priority, such as a great room split into intimate seating areas that can be quickly transformed into a larger, more unified space for parties. The home’s stately appearance facade is matched with casual, approachable colors and comfortable pieces for a relaxed yet refined look.
